So I opted in to beta branch this eve and received beta update without issue. However when I tried to opt out and go back to the normal release client version I'm met with the message.... "../empires/bin/game_shader_dx9.dll" and I can't get the client to validate or load anymore. Anyone run in to this one before? I'm about to hunt down a spare copy of the dll and place it manually to see if that makes it happy.
Well if it helps anyone else... I completely deleted game_shader_dx9, hit play, waited for the files to resync and all is well again. odd.
