Ok, this one is just wierd and have had it only happen once but am trying to replicate it so I can get a screenshot. Oh... I forget the map name but its the one where it has the ocean near by and you can build the bridge.... I'm going into the BE base via the west side entrance in a NF light tank, and this approach has a pretty good slope to it so I'm going at a good clip. So I'm charging into the base trying to shoot and drive at the same time and crash smack dab into their radar which I climb halfway up and flipover backwards. When I flipped backwards I either A) appeared really high above the map or B) fell through the map and was way below it, either way I could see all the edges of the map. The tank was about to blow, so I didn't stick around to take in everthing or get a screen. It was wierd though, when I pressed 'e' to get out I appeared right next to the BE radar and was promptly dispatched by a passing BE tank. Yay.
Your tank turret went through the ground, and you were seeing below the level. the turret has no collision mesh to stop this.
That looks fun, It would be an interesting mini-game, like surfing on Counter-Strike. I can see it now "Tank Baseball Server" or "Tank Hurling Server".
That would be pure awesome just in itself... :D Did that hurt buildings? or was that just a sort of a colission bug the just threw props out of the way?
I can see it now... a mech swipes a fully loaded heavy out of the way and grabs the radar, yanking it out of the ground, then crunches it up into a little ball (along with the friendly scout hiding inside) and throws it at the enemy CV. Then he picks it up, carries it across the map, and throws it in a river to die.
