Also make passengers in jeeps being able to "brace" their guns against the hull, so they count as prone, for added accuracy. Same goes for all vehicles with an extra top-slot. Would make taking a passenger actually worth something, especially a machinegun toting Rifleman with Damage, Accuracy and Ammo upgrade. Although, the BE APC would totally outclass the NF in firepower that way.
other skills are far more important to start with and i dont think this should be a skill thing because of that.
People sprint round corners and spray at people, and in extreme close quarters staying on the move is advisable. If you have a slight delay after sprinting before you can fire that makes it impractical.
