Aside from the obvious ignorant and stupidity of the racist, Louis Theroux was pretty annoying as well. I understand being "shocked" by the revelation that a oridinary person suddenly admitting that he/she was a racist. It just seem very awkward that Louis was shellshocked throughout the week-long documentary. Louis also came across very aggressive/arrogant/dickish to some of his interviewees, e.g. when Loius said he thought the former cocaine smuggler preferred Mexican women as a jab on his drug conviction.

To be fair, that would happen anywhere. Many of those questions were given under assumptions the most people cannot dispute (e.g. Canada replicating Mount Rushmore or some funny-named country that used to be part of the Soviet Union). Lastly, most of the statements were staged under the promise that it would be on TV. I guess it is funny to non-Americans as it just reinforces a somewhere true stereotype
