Issues with dedicated server

I have some problems with a dedicated server. I downloaded oranbebox with hldsupdatetool and then i put the empires server in /orangebox
I created a .bat with that:

srcds.exe -console -game empires +maxplayers 32 -map emp_money

i ran it and i got that:

Particles: Missing: 'particles/explosion_artytest.pcf'
Particles: Missing: 'particles/nuketest.pcf'
Particles: Missing: 'particles/snow1.pcf'
Particles: Missing: 'particles/waterfall.pcf'

And a popup: SetupArrayProps_R: array prop '(null)' is at index zero

 

You need to install both 2.24 and 2.24 hotfix from:
http://www.empiresmod.com/drupal/node/14

Yeah i did but it says that some particles are mssing S

 

Missing particles isn't an issue.
They don't usually cause problems, the ones listed aren't vital ones, they're just old test particles that have been removed.
