Honestly i have no idea, but when you're comming, and someone uses team speak, The comm interface obscures the name of who ever is talking. Sadly, i keep forgetting to take a screen shot of this.
He doesn't know is it a bug in the Empires or in windows or something else and that's why he's asking about it here.
Yea, this is a pretty unfortunate problem with the interface. Report it as a tweak and explain exactly what the problem is. It'd be nice if the little box with the name was shifted upwards so it's not covered by the interface anymore, or somehow integrate it into the interface.
