Information message when not enough ressoures for research

    Just a little suggestion:

    There shoud be a message (audio) when there are not enough ressources for the selected research.
    Right know it is easy, that you overlook this and then your team trails at research.

    Approved. This is just annoying when you think you're researching something and you really aren't.

    I want to say don't be lazy, but I too have suffered from this no-notification buisness...

    this has might vote. often times in the heat, you get distracted and not realize that some1 just bought a tank bringing your total just under. And so you waste precious minutes not realizing that your research didn't go.

    Something like "Not enough resources. Capture additional refineries" would be great :)
