    Ah, so. Anyone that counters your claims of grandeur is an inf.

    Why would the gren, if it were anyone else, claim to have been it?

    There's no sense in doing so. They're useless now. The gren has used their power, and would be playing as a normal base crew. Dispute your claim? Why? Then they'd most likely get killed.

    You seem to be trying to make yourself important, and have everyone else vote for anyone but you.

    I'm not trying to make myself important, I'm trying to show that I'm a fucking base crew who used to be the grenadier.
    If someone revealed themselves as gren turned base crew, they would no longer be a top priority target as it would be known that they no longer have a special power. Especially since the infiltrators already know who is base crew and who isn't; it's just a matter of picking out the special classes.
    Thus, the infiltrators, if they were smart, would go off killing the other classes first, and would consequently spare me for revealing that I have already used up my grenadier ability.
    Therefore, it would be in someone else's best interest to challenge my claim.
    However, since no one appears to be doing so, it can be assumed that I was indeed the grenadier.
    Edit: And to answer your question, the reason why they would dispute it would be because then it would be obvious that I was in fact not the grenadier; if my accusator person were to die as a basecrew, it would be obvious as fuck that I was an infil and I would die the next night.
    Is that a sufficient enough reason?

    And Foxy, to ease your worries about if someone else claimed to be gren they would die, if someone does accuse me, let us give him the benefit of the doubt and kill me first. Then, once I am dead and found out to be a base crew, I request that my accusor dies.

    Empty would do it for the lols.

    As for why they would kill the supposed ex gren, is because it is a perfect cover, if it would work as you say. Rifle goes "I am gren!" Gren goes "Oh, its the rifle. I don't care".

    Or, alternatively why the infs would say they were. Rifle goes "Oh, the gren. I won't kill him, I know he not inf!"

    etc.

    Frankly, we're not going to get anywhere back and forth like this. I just agree to disagree, since I'm not claiming to be anyone.

    Noooo, he's an inf this time!

    Its not tradition unless he's basecrew or something useful. :(

    But empty is an engineer.
    So he obviously isn't the grenadier.
    Also, seeing as how you're accusing me of being an infil, the real grenadier, if one existed, would step up and admit it.
    Because seeing the ratio of infils:base crew, I'm sure any base crew would step up if he could ensure the death of at least one infiltrator.

    Everyone still voting Hexi after it is TOTALLY CLEAR that he is not inf must be considered infiltrator. So we have Hygrom, Foxy and a third guy left on the bad side.

    And no one has stepped up to that role and proved me false, yes?
    Hence, it can be assumed that I am the grenadier.
    And if anyone accuses me otherwise, let me die first.
    But if I get revealed as the base crew that I am after death, let my accuser die.
