Seems we have different opinions, in my opinion its better to tell people where their going wrong and give them a chance to fix it rather than instantly coming down heavily. Yeah maybe the last comments a bit much, but based on the attitude in this thread atleast, its probably not going to be far from the mark Edit: Id also rather not ban someone that makes useful posts (albeit occasionally) when a warning would have the same effect. On the other hand getting peoples opinions means that its unlikely to be a personal decision (e.g. I find it annoying, maybe everyone else likes it)
I wouldn't call that baiting as much as it's a straight-up "COME AT ME BRO" kinda' message. Baiting implies some sort of subtlety to it.
I'd call this the official warning. I'll probably infract him if I see him making his posts visually painful again.
I don't know why you guys don't infract more often. How fucking often would anyone get three independently added at once?
With every ban we reduce the community size 1%, that's why we have those hippy mods. Back in the days when it was 250 active users, you got a ban for just looking wrong at a mod.
