How do I get the Empires models into Gmod?

    I'm fairly proficient with Garry's Mod a absolutely love Empires, but i cant figure out how to upload the Empires stuff into Gmod.:( I'm planning to make my own avatar in Gmod, but I cant figure out how to upload the stuff. (thus no avatar at the moment)

    Can anyone help me?
