    I wasn't clear enough. Hijacking abandoned vehicles, not ones in use.
    In Halo, that is possible because everyone is either a superhuman cyborg or a murderous land-shark-alien, who both can rip open tank hatches and kill the crew with their bare hands.
    In Empires, everyone is just a soldier.
    But stealing an enemy Jeep can't be THAT hard, right? Especially for a Scout, with the potential Hijack skill.
