when i join a server it loads and stuff and once its finished loading it says somthing like Veryfying client data or somthing (didnt catch it) as suddenly empirewsmod/half life2 crashes to desktop and gives me these lovely messages. (it also happens the "Failure to lock index buffer" when it try to play half life 2 normally too) Help, plz
jesus man your computer is clearly in agony. if it happens to halflife as well, try the guys at the steampowered forums. you will probably have more luck finding someone who can help you there.
Well that doesn't look good. Make sure you have the latest versions of DirectX (the 'DX8' in CMeshDX8 seems suspect) and latest video drivers. If it gets bad enough, try uninstalling Empires and reinstalling it. If it gets really bad, uninstall HL2 and reinstall that as well.
Got Directex 9.0c or somthing and lol, guess what i delete the empires installation files then i decided to unistall half life 2 and im like z0mg craaap now ive gotta re-dl empires *_* Im re-installin g half life 2 atm I'll test if it works then, if it does then i'll re-dl empires. If not, support ticket.
