Help, Engine error

    When i start game and get past intro "EMPIRES" I got this :

    Engine Error
    Could not load library client

    Iv installed full 2.24 and 2.24d Hotfix.

    did you update 'source sdk base - orange box'?

    Well now i got this problem when trying to install source sdk base - orange box
    Steam Servers Are Currently Unavailable or Too Busy
    (I delleted ClientRegistryOld.blob didnt help)

    look in the task manager if an instance of any other hl2 game is still running (hl2.exe).
