If you get the "game currently unavailable" when you try to run Empires 2.24d or Empires SVN open up the task manager and close the process hl2.exe and gameoverlayUI.exe (I think this is what it is or very close to it) and then run the game again. I had this problem when I tried running Empires SVN, I asked ScardyBob during one of the testing events about it and this is what he told me to do. Thanks to him for this
