so i played the hellgate london demo and needles to say i really liked it i think its way more fun then compareable games like titan quest (ok it´s a bit older). i just love setting of the game (london) and the templar theme. it´s also just fun to run around with an smg in each hand and hunt zombie´s in an rpg XD. so what do you guys think about hgl ?
I played it and wasn't too impressed. Titan Quest has a better visual representation. I guess I should try the dx10 version and see if it's any better. I do like some of the gameplay choices though. Break down items ftw!
The demo also has a bit of a memory leak which causes a crash after an hour of play or so. Found a rocket launcher for my marksman, it beats out any of the guns I've found so far.
yeah the game wouldn´t crash on me but froze for 20 seconds everytime i changed a piece of armor yeah the rocket launcher rules (upgraded it two times)
Well I get the concept and so on and really like endless ammoz and nades. The grafix didnt seem insanely good and the quest seem generic and standard....get this or kill 10 of that and bring me the butt cheeks, but it may be alot of fun together with some other people. But I would really like to know if there will be LAN COOP and not just online, but I dont see how I can get into their forum. I just took a look at the thread I made in their forum and I got another reply. "No LAN as Teryan said, however you can still play via Ping0, just like in Diablo II." What is Ping0 ?
