Ive found that jeeps normally are considered a waste of money, pretty much because they are a simple way to get to one end of the map to the other, but what about if you got points for taking people to locations? That would mean people would worry less about fighting, and more about getting more troops to the front line, making jeeps worthwhile, ferrying people across the map.
I'd rather not let anyone else drive a jeep... Theres just some people, you can tell by their name the jeep ride is going to be your last.
haha, those rides are the best. like when they have threephase, are heading towards a cliff and show no intention of slowing down... you mash the keypad to get at E, but only hit F3 and watch from the backseat as you spin into oblivion... good times. anyway: would it actually be worth a player of your team being a dedicated ferrier, transporting troops to the front line? well, not if the player has any skill. but if it means that your troops are at the combat a minute earlier, with all of their sprint, and this is in a game where your team has 10+ players, i say go for it. just why not use an APC on the front line instead?
I remember one time me and bobby b went on a ninja run and his comp crashed while he was driving, and we were stuck going forward trying to go up the side of a hill until he timed out.
