There are a lot of really good custom maps that don't get played. Since the ESG brings a lot of skilled players, now is the time to play them.
An insurrection game would be great. Streets of failure would be nice but in my experience its kindof BE sided, and BE already wins 3/4 games. Isle would be fun too, since we should have enough people to fill it up.
