We should have individual units as players. Axeman : when you use this card he will automatically charge the enemy taking at least 2 enemies with him before he dies.

The numbers should be kept much smaller and simpler to keep track of instead of having ridiculous hp amounts of 250+. the game should be kept more in line with the original MTG, with land cards being tickets and resources or raxes and vfs. Land cards would be resource cards, resources could be used to build other land cards, which would be raxes and vfs, both of which are required to build infantry/tank units. I'd keep things much simpler, for instance, the basic emp_recruits would require that a rax be tapped and no other resources be used: rifleman: 1/2 first strike scout: 1/1 tap: sabotage (taps target rax or vf or resource card/land) engineer: 1/1 tap: ammo drop (untaps target tank or infantry) gren: 2/1, tap: deal 1 damage to target tank the tanks would require a vf to be tapped but would also require a certain amount of res. APC: 2 res 1/2, cannot attack, tap: play target infantry card as though you tapped a barracks lt: 1 res 3/2 first strike afv: 1 res 4/3 nf med: 2 res 4/3 be med: 3 res 5/4 nf heavy: 6 res 7/6 trample be heavy: 5 res 8/6 then you could have weapon/armor global enchantment cards such as reflective armor 2 res: +0/+1 to tanks reactive armor 2 res: +0/+2, must pay 1 res to untap tanks uml 4 res +2/0 for NF tanks, +1/0 for BE tanks, all grens get ability: tap, deal 2 damage to target tank ranged cannon 4 res +1/0 for NF tanks, +3/0 for BE tanks Then you can have legendary infantry cards which require both a rax spawn and some amount of resources, or something of the sort. For instance: pickled_heretic: enchant tank, target tank gains +2/0 and first strike. snakeDfox: 3/2 grenadier, banding, tap: deal 2 damage to target tank. mashav: 2/2 scout, first strike, tap: deal 1 damage to target infantry. headshotmaster: global enchant, all units get +1/0
I'm iffy about this...it doesn't seem to have the same kind of card types as Magic, and thus deviates from the rules. Perhaps it'd be better if you designated which types would be akin to enchantments, artifacts, sorceries, etc....are maps lands, or are buildings?
The Grantrithor card must be NF, and the more rare player Fat ass humpin a stick(i'm the same guy) gets a gold card(it still does same damage(collectors item)) but thats for another time. there should be skill cards too, like the gren that has armor detection would destroy a tank faster(more damage) because he knows where to fuck the shit up. And the rofleman that has Dig In on him would defense up the joint and bullets would not hurt when the "comm" would put him SIDEWAYS for prone! which prone adds an innacurracy(like a random number generator for hit or not). that sounds like a lot of shit that won't happen, sorry I made you all mad.

Not that I particularly want to see this, but just make sure the gameplay works if you're gonna make it. Whatever way it works.
There should be another currency other than res and tickets, stax. Then each vet costs a certain number of stax to play, depending on how good they are. BSID players cost less stax in general because they don't care about it.
