    If you want to be a part of a new type of Empires game, post here saying you're willing. You name will be edited into this post and you will be draft picked by 4 captains, of a medium-high skill level.

    We will be having round robin scrims. Registration closes in 2 weeks, so post on your clanpage about this. A Steam group has also been set up. http://steamcommunity.com/groups/empiressummerleague

    -Unicorns are now counted as players
    -Clan leaders may now be Captains

    what ever happend to the empires league games? where each map represented part of the empires world and we fought to control the world.

    'Twas a long day, the ponies of Ponyville had been working hard on the fields. I and the strongest of the other stallions strutted across the snow-entrenched fields with our hooves buried deep within. Our manes froze over as we plowed through, waiting, hoping that we can push through.

    Before we were never able to make the winter wrap-up a success, it had seemed that this time around we were going to barely make it. I turned to face the hills that overlooked our stripes of green that came across the field.

    I had no idea what happened, snow came at me from every direction, I ducked and dived but it just impacted my eyes with such speed that I was stunned, helpless, devoured by its freezingly fluffy nature.

    Then... it started.

    Out from the mountains came a gigantic avalanche, drowning the patches of green fields with mounds and mounds of snow. Billowing down like smoke from the chimney tops. Only this time, it did not rise.

    I was scarred that day, but here I gallop to seek refuge after this horrible disaster. If I am to embark onto this battlefield, I ask one thing of your prestigious community.

    No snow maps pls
