Empires Pick-Up Game: Week 5

This week's PUGs (one of the last before 1.08 it would seem!) will be taking place at the same times, in the same places.

19:00 GMT on the BSID R&D server |217.199.191.89:27016|
19:00 EST on the CW server (Dynamic IP, you'll have to search)

Again, if you were not aware, you're all welcome to come out and enjoy a high-quality game of Empires on a populated server with people you already know from the forums. It's almost like you're playing in a League game, but you don't need to be in a clan (though most of you are).

I'm hoping this week's game won't be as unorganised as last week's one, and that mapvotes are actually used to change the map, not to stay on the same one.

 

Don't forget to take screenshots you hosers, and post them here.

It's always nice when Server Admins can have votes and keep stuff in line. I hope that continues to happen.

 

Don't use that IP to connect to CW. Just browse to it. I'm am port forwarding through a gateway computer that assigns a dynamic IP to the servers behind it... so they change a lot (as you'll notice if you ever gametiger empires mod... like 324893489 CW servers show up).

Just an FYI: if I get on (on R&D), there WILL be a password, and if there are people waiting in line, non-teamplayers WILL get kicked.

Aghh... I hate time zones. I've looked at several time zone maps and still can't figure out what time this is. Since you said EST I naturally assume Eastern Pacific Time. However I know their is at least two EST zones. I'm just going to check the list every few hours. Its my only chance.

 

It would be helpful if you stated the date as well as the time in these threads. It's not obvious which night it is scheduled for.

PUGs occur every Friday.

I can't speak for the European PUG, but the American PUG will occur at 7PM EST on the CW server.

The password for the American PUG will be "krenzyte"

 

Pff 9 PM for me = girlfriend coming over, thus no go for me :p Want me to put a password up nonetheless? (If server crashes or anything it'll be gone)
