Ok i was playing a round at snowbound as BE last night when i saw a NF soldier standing on the snow with a body under him. I Tried shooting but nothing happens at all! After that BE won but i still cant figure out wtf is that NF soldier.......I belive its a ghost?????? or a bug?
As far as I know the devs have not implemented a necromancer class so I am going to err on the side of 'it's a bug'.
maybe it was a dead nf soldier whos ragdoll landed on the side of the hill looking like he was stood up.
tbh ive seen this a few times, fire every single bullet into him and he still doesnt die also running on the spot which is crazy
Seen those "Ghosts" before. One time on District(I was NF), there was a wounded player, he stood still for the entire match. I tried healing him but I couldn't, he was blocking my path and as I had revive, he had an icon above his head. His name didn't appear either. Maybe those people timed out...

Well I don't know, as I was NF. But I didn't melee him/her, so I really don't know. He was static, it's a bug I think when people time out.
The devs coded an advanced AI that could join any game at any moment. Unfortunately, the AI is based upon valve technology, so all it can do is stationary motions. It's probably a bug where a timed out player isn't moving, but is looping the last animation sent by the player. I suppose that possible.
By looping, do you kinda mean it like when the game ends and if your were driving in a tank the tank would continue going forward/turning?
