Here's on I've started just based on the others, though I'm at a loss for what else to put on it. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2644783/textures/ad/empbannerad.xcf (the source image is the same dimensions as the final ad, sorry) I think it's good to have an ad that says it's a community maintained free source mod, because I think most new prospective players would be ones who have played Dystopia, ES, or other source mods from the past. Also so people realize it's not a commercial venture or worse, some kind of awful free to play drivel.
