It is almost one month after the release of 2.25. Therefore it's a good time to have a review. Likes: - overhauled maps - particles - vehicle camouflage - soft player collisions - small hud overhauls (current research, vehicle customization) - Speedometer - Tickets used instead of deaths - Steam avatar Dislikes: - free APC spawn (haven't seen heavy tanks on maps like duststorm for a long time) - district (prefered _alt5) - Nuke and Arty explosions (only display time should be halved. Currently Nuke effect is visible for about 5 seconds) Should be fixed: - crashes - BE medium tank viewpoint - wrong smoke for buildings (already fixed in 2.25b?) - NF commander vehicle (physbox) - Lag when first vehicle spawns on conquest maps And for the balance I haven't seen major issues. All trees seems to be useable. For the next balance change I would prefer to have statistics from every round first. Players count (all servers):

lol the player count crashes towards the end... anyways. soft collisions are fucking annoying as shit. although i do agree, that they are better than hard collisions.
