I'll bet your spawn was set to the flag that just went neutral. Don't spawn the same instant it goes neutral.
That place where he spawned is the origin in the map (0 0 0). So i'm guessing that it was something to do with a missing spawnpoint.
The spawnpint was disabled when the flag went neutral, forcing the game to revert ot the standard spawnpoint (0,0,0). Krenzo could add a fallback where you would spawn one flag back, depending on how it's coded.
