EMP_MONEY building in water bug

    ever noticed commanders can build in the water in emp_money ?

    you can then jupm of the bridge and build them

    but theirs realy no point becase you can't get back up again
    but still , its a bug

    people could probably make a blanket of buildings then drop the comm of the edge onto them :S
