This map really needs some trees.

    Nice job so far :)

I'm gonna get a test going for this on g4tc main. But you should really add some trees and over, and aside from that, it looks fantastic. Not keen on the river in the minimap though :P

I second that. Or at least add some infantry cover rocks/brush/etc. Big open areas are fun with tanks but poor with infantry.

Well if we do a test I can see all the balance issues (I really don't know if the bottom-right "compound" will work - tanks can't go in there).

So after that I'll make any final adjustments and add cover...

Honestly, if you add some trees and rocks in now, it'll give a way better first impression. I promise you I'll get a 64 player test if you can get that done, it's just it really might pan out badly without cover, infantry won't stand a chance.

i agree with trickster, at least minimum cover is needed, otherwise it will be a 50 cal fest

The only way you are going to fix that is to decrease something, like lightmap scale or lowering the skybox. Make sure that your 3D skybox is having higher and higher lightscale the further out from the real map you come.
I believe I read that much water can cause it also, so make sure you cut out what's not showing in the lake.
