EMP_Dust(A empires version of DE_Dust or was it CS_dust

I think a Empires version of CS/DE_Dust will be nice.

Sure, I'll get right on making that map which is totally unrelated to the universe, unbalanced for the weapons, available on another game already, and which you won't do because you're too lazy to download hammer from steam.

Personally I'd rather see that Bespin map from Star Wars: Battlefront 1 (The one that had the carbon freezing chamber that Han Solo was frozen in) that map was cool.

 

If it has an easy way of doing it (can you extract/steal CS maps into hammer without having to remake them?) I thought it could be fun to make an empires map containing about 4 CS maps, say dust, dust 2, italy, assault, possibly with extra land around or maybe even just nailed together.

probably not---the idea of remaking dust for empires is probably one of the worst ideas ive ever heard---yes lets take something from another game, using totally different weapons, balanced completely differently, unsuitable for vehicles OR buildings and then play that on empires......

 

First of all, we aren't allowed to use CSS content without mounting it, and eve nthen it's a problem. Second, the only way to convert it is to decompile it, which any good mapper should only do to find out how something was done. Third, CS maps suck, especially when brought to Empires.

actually i remade dust for counter strike source, (added and changed a few things like sewers)never released it so i'll retexture it for empires and test it out and see how it plays
