I think there should be a clock telling us how long we have been playing. It could either be up on the hud or visible only by pressing tab. Who else would like to see this feature implimented?
Bad idea, for the same reason there are no clocks in the casinos. They don't want you to know you've wasted half a day
Chahk actually puts up a very good point. if you see that you've played 3 hours, then you're more likely to quit.
There is a clock in Natural-Selection. I miss it, when I am playing Empires. It's good for rating commanders, if commander forgets to research/build stuff and builds a first VF after 4 minutes, its clear for everyone. As we have no timer, there is no reason to yell that hard at the bad commander.
press Esc, right click the server you are on, and find your name. The ability to find how long you've been playing is there. Just i think it's better that you don't tell everyone that doesn't really want to know how much time they have been playing
It says Your connection length, not the map length. Time elapsed could be shown only when fullsize map is displayed.
