E build -> toggled

Little change for sick "E" build... actually we must hold use to build it buildings... Cannot be implementet "toggle E build"?

While we start building by using "e build" will be turned on temponary "toggle on". If we out of range to build, or just complited building, just that toggle is going off.

 

I use +use in console to get that effect myself. It would feel kind of weird. I mean I know e-build is a shitty mechanic, but to give it a toggle so that people can chat in steamfriends whilst they build would just be kind of poor.

 

It's more like use their weapons effectively than chat on steamfriends, imo. Though I don't doubt some would do that.
