Oh god, fuck it, if you actually believe what your clan members have to say then cheating is not the problem here.
1v1 isn't really a good proxy of performance in a full game, I probably wouldn't last very long in a 1v1 but I am quite capable in a full game, usually because I let everyone else get shot at while I run around the edges killing people. I wouldn't help much if I was the one getting shot at but I can get plenty of kills by letting other people do it. Of course in a 1v1 it's hardly possible to do that, which is kind of silly when you consider how big a part it plays in a full game. In a full game whether you're good or not has comparatively little to do with your reaction speed and more to do with whether you can cheat by shooting people in the back while they're busy trying to kill someone else.

It should be on a more wide open map. no hills... or if you want hills have two barracks or apcs on each side of the hill in the middle of duststorm.. District in no way is anything like more empires wide open maps.
Yeah but it's easier to set up and at least fairly balanced, even with the gay crates which you can abuse. Simple 5v5 games should be easy to organise. They probably wouldn't take long. Hell, there are probably some other maps which could be done like this as well, albeit not commander maps. Glycencity or Urbanchaos for example. Urbanchaos shouldn't be that bad at 5v5.

Might work better in the king city, it's more non-linear, more of a loop, offers good opportunities for maneuvering. Given the playercount problems we've been having it might be prudent to release that as its own map. I could boost the detail quite a bit if I cut out the rest of the map.
