You joined during the McD scrim when you were playing for the other team. You received a 2-hour ban to cover the duration of the scrim. We don't have people from the other team joining our TS when we're scrimming, be it EPIC or any clan. Even when I let other teams use my TS for scrimming, I always stick around to ban the other team if they start joining.

Generally speaking, people don't get banned from TS unless they're really fucking annoying. The only person I know of to receive a proper ban was Vulkanis, and I permabanned him because I got sick of him over a period of 6 weeks. Even he's back now though.

 

If we are talking about in-game perma bans then yeah.

 

No, clearly it was about forums bans.
Game wide bans AFAIR are still working and only reserved to people who did their darnest to fuck with the mod and were stupid enough to come and gloat about it on the forums.
