Diver - Upgrade for Scout

An interesting upgrade for scout infuture could possibly be a diving kit upgrade. I would think it would be cool for future reconasiance tactics

Only problem with this is probably the lack of water in some maps but I feel if more maps ended up taking advantage of water this could be a cool skill and could add a lot of gameplay to the mod. What you guys think?

It could go hand in hand with the future naval warfare aspect of the mod

i don't really see the point, there already is the vehicle hide ability, and how would it be implemented, driving well is a skill, and if you mean that it should steer better, it should be an engineer thing really

It's really pointless right now. Later on though, when we get watery maps, Then this will be a good addition to scout and his sneaky abilities.

 

ahhhhh sorry i see now, and still i dont see the point, as there is barely any water (apart from in a DESERT MAP?????????) but a boat attack or D-Day type level would be very VERY cool and this could make it better

A pointless skill, if you ask me. I like the IDEA, there's nothing wrong with that. HOWEVER, it's just not at all useful BECAUSE there are no water maps. I know, I know. There MIGHT be water maps. Well, at that point in time, this idea MIGHT be useful. Suggest it at that time, and I'll probably say "OOO, what a good idea, why didn't you suggest it earlier omg wtf nub?"

ALSO: what the fuck would be in the diver kit? The concept is fine because there's nothing behind it. Some sort of device that lets you breath underwater for a really long time? Or fire from underwater? Or move really fast through it? Or all of the above? Or is the kit just a parrot that sits on your shoulder and spouts profanities?

 

Holy crap, if the diver kit were to consist of a parrot that sits on your shoulder and spouts profanities, I'd say that such a skill is the most awesome skill ever.
