I wanted to make a suggestion about coding default class skills so that when you choose a class, it assigns you a skill. Instead of having to select a skill, one would already be chosen. Ounin suggested a while back that there be a skill retention so that your skills would carry over from previous matches. If you chose to take that skill last round, you would not have to choose it the next, kind of like a vehicle loadout. my suggestion is more focused on starting new players out fresh and giving them an idea on which skills are the most versatile and useful. Before I make any kind of suggestion I'd like to know what skills you usually take for each class. Armor detect as first skill? I usually know which side my first shell hit so I can finish the starting apc with the second one.

The skills should be preset the first time, then changed to whatever the player changes their skills to between rounds.
as if you wouldnt have enough time to sort out your skills before round start. brutos suggestion is good - actually perfect - why should anyone be forced to play with settings YOU like? (and i assume if they would be like u wish there would be constant bitching from someone else) if it defaults, then it should be defaulting to the skill set i posted so noone is happy
