Grenadiers with defusal should be able to place danger signs for mines: "Caution mines. Keep away! :mad: " Or do you have a better ideas, how to prevent teammates to run or drive into minefields while you are defusing them?
I like that a lot! Specially since in a pug match on mid bridge I got killed by team mates while diffusing. In a wide open ass map like that they still decide to dry over the crouching gren instead of around. I die, the enemy's get points and the friendly only has to repair. And in some cases he dies too.
I agree That's a great solution. maybe even making the exlposive inert unless the gren stops defusing. But the sign is the bes idea.
IF they add this in, please add in a small progress bar for the Gren, while he's defusing. Just like the scout sabotage.

Quite honestly, grens should have the skill for defusing mines by pressing E on them innate, and defusal should add the whole LOL I KAN DRIVE OVER TEH MINEZ AND THEY DUNT HURT ME skill, as well as faster defusal of mines on foot.

LOL! That was probably me. Defusing is not worthwhile right now because its quicker to die/revive or run over/repair. I think the solution is to make defusing as fast as dropping mines, not put an icon over a grens head.
Mines don't go off at all while they're being defused? (and those in a small radius for mine stax) Oh hai, that works.
only read 1st page but how about part of the scout squad leader aura (maybe a skill or squad power) lets all squad mates within range see a red circle around nearby enemy mines.
But what happens if my tank pushes a gren defusing a mine? He stops defusing (now not on top of the mine anymore) and it detonates because my tank is on it.
