Eh my Dad worked in Africa so he has an excuse. My Uncle earnestly worked with the NAACP but they have a habit of eating their own and don't help us so he has switched to LULAC and helps out the Hispanics instead of blacks. In all I have no problems giving them a chance but more often than not it ends in disappointment. Look at Sugarland Texas or some of the old rich neighborhoods in Houston. Yes, they have good people but the majority is what people see. There is a lower standard of quality with both black and Hispanic communities but the Hispanic community is definitely working hard to improve it. Ultimately I believe its a lack of education. There is a better life out there and they can grab a hold of it.
