thousands upon thousands of beautiful realistic kitten NPCs on every map, all different colours. they idle around, stroke around your legs, lick themselves, purr if you come really close. each one invincible, although they do attack those that scare them. that would be so cool

Simultaneous land/space battles whose outcomes are directly tied to each other: if one side of the space battle gains an upper hand, the ground forces on the winning side can call for orbital bombardment. If one side on the land battle is really conquering, they can send troops up to the space battle to help capture enemy ships.
Orbital bombardment was agreed to be outlawed after faster than light travel was created out of fear of Mutually Assured Destruction.

Oh man, my lungs are killing me from laughing after reading this thread... If I had the choice: 10,000 player servers on 160x maps with massive tank-fortifications on tracks that have built-in VFs, AF, and NFs, (NF=Naval Factory) which can be boarded and destroyed from the inside, or pounded from the outside and slowly have sections be destroyed using Cinematic Physics. (Think BF2142's Titans, except on the ground, and 100x bigger.) I love defending things of any sort, and making massive impregnable fortresses, so this would be like 5 wet dreams at once every second for me.
