also to bad there can't be an more accurate and constant count down like the one they had for the crysis demo

If this gonna be the same that it look's.. It will be AWESOME! I can't wait for it, the pressure's are too hard!

 

Just know this:
- empires is not very enjoyable (imo) when you're playing with unexperienced players in small teams (< 6 vs 6)
- empires is the best game ever if you're in an experienced team with a good commander against a worthy opponent, on a server with many players (> 11 vs 11).

the whole team doesnt need to be experienced, just as long as the com knows whats going on and the team listens, then any round with 16+ppl will kick ass.

i still think some people on the forums should get it early for their loyality. Take me and Dee for example, i'm sure as hell ain't gonna sit up till 2 in the morning downloading the game and then having to switch off my computer.
Can UK residents get the download 2 hours before the offical release (which will be around 10 o'clock) so we have a chance of playing the game when the crowds come out?

 

It'll be released at the same time for everybody, since there's no way to monitor who's in the UK and who's not.

I already have it.

I think the time should be moved to around 6 or 7pm GMT. Just in time for the testers pug when the older players usually get together to play anyway, not too late for the euros and early for the yanks.
