To often we concentrate on the what we think need's to be changed in a mod/game and we never take time to say thanks or Good job. So in an effort to change that.

Thanks a lot Krenzo, and all others that have put time and $$ into developing this Mod. No matter how much we complain, it's AWSOME so far !

Not to be a killjoy, but I'm pretty sure our spending countless hours in game and on the forums is thanks enough. I personally blame Krenzo for sucking away many many many hours of my life away via the official server.

The devs have spend a LONG time on this mod (4 years?), so I can't imagine what it is like to see it finally pay off.

 

no other mod for half life 2 has goten me to spend a month and a half to recreate something i did more then 10 years ago ! i didnt think this mod could be done in the half life engine but they continue to prove me wrong ,,,, and i love it !

 

C'mon you guys, this mod sucks. It totally ruins my real life and takes away all my spare time.

You guys should have made this mod much less fun !

You'll kill someone with it.

Krenzo: i think youd probably work on this even if everyone hated it. It would probably only make you that much more determined to make them like it instead.

 

Well, if everyone hated it, then I'd probably pull it back under the veil of secrecy like before public release and work on it until it had enough new stuff to re-emerge as version 2.0 or something.

 

Well luckily almost everyone loves it. I don't get nearly enough time to play it anymore. A big part of that being because of Oblivion but empires is the only game that comes near oblivion in its addictiveness.

Great work guys. Best mod out and the best of any that seem to be arriving anytime soon.

 

Im in my final year of my masters, just handed my final year project in (by just I mean I only just managed to get it finished due playing too much) and now I am in the middle of exams, yet what do I still insist on doing with all the time I can? Playing fudging empires.......
In the spirit of fat people suing McDonalds, the dev team will be hearing from my girlfreind (a.k.a. my lawyer (she is just qualifying as a soliciter))

I will be demanding compensation to the degree of fixed hitboxes and better NF rifles.

 

We are willing to settle for improved vehicle MG's.

 

How about blimps?
