I have experienced flickering while in the command overview, I think it may have something to do with Colour Correction, but I'm not too sure. I have noticed this occurring on crossroads, Can't remember if I have seen it on other maps or not.
I can see that on canyon very strong, its not affected by color correction. I think it has something to do with antialiasing. 8x antialiasing the flickering is very weak but without it its very strong. I have it in the normal view to.
I have seen it on canyon too a lot while on the field. I don't use antialias or anisoscopic filtering. And at times it is very annoying when the mountains are flickering to lighter yellow and darker yellow.
