Commander can Promote people

    To squad leader of the squad they are in. It simply changes the squad leader to someone else. Will prevent the leaving squad so another class can get squad leader issue, cept for on no com maps.

    the problem is just as present on non commander maps, what about first trying to solve the problem in a whole with 1 solution in stead of more "game fixing rules" that are inconsistent and only make newbies confused :(

    Newbies shouldn't be in com, and probably won't be in squads and most likely won't be squad leaders. How will this affect them?

    If you can com, you aren't a newb. There are plenty of people who can't com that try, but they, for the most part, realise they need some practice.
