Command Controls

Hey Ive been looking around and trying to find what the hotkeys are for being a commander, I already know F2 for the build, but like for rotating or zooming in the map or others. Thanks in advance

 

hold X and move the mouse to rotate on the x, y, or even sorta z axis
hold Z to zoom in and out

 

this is why we need a few stickies around the place. how many times has this question been asked ?

 

Someone needs to write a more thorough manual or one with every key listed in it.

nah, just add the binds to the menu when you hit "options" so you can actually bind them. I bound mine in notepad and use my mouse to rotate my view, zoom, hotkey, waypoint etc.

Unit groups like in an RTS

 

We already have those. Select a group and then do CTRL+1 (or 2 or 3 or ...)

We need a comm sticky for that.

 

hotkeys don't always work for me. I've requested in the past that the game work the camera like B&W2 and hotkeys like starcraft. I have my mouse set up similar to B&W2 but would like to be able to scroll and zoom in and out, i hold my mouse3 to rotate. I would like to see building shortcuts alot.

 

That would be so great, is it that hard to program?
