Time to deal 3000 damage, including reload times and such, is all that matters. Heat doesn't need to be taken into account.
When you fire the last shot of a weapon, does the reload time start immediately or do you get the cycle time, then the reload time? After each shot, you get a cycle time, but does the last shot in a clip get a cycle?
I'm interested. I've plotted this all out mathematically but I've got nothing real-world to compare it against.
