    This research is to show how well each vehicle weapons works on each type of vehicle and armor. I was helped out by MonsterRain.

    Weapon Name - How many shots to kill vehicle from one side.

    Paper AFV/Light Tank - 3 Panels of Default Armor:
    Standard Cannon - 7
    Missile Launcher - 7
    Bio Machinegun - 45
    Bio Missile Launcher - 10
    Upgraded Missile Launcher - 4
    High Explosive Cannon - 4
    Homing Missile Launcher - 7
    4x Missile Launcher - 2 Salvos
    4x Homing Missile Launcher - 2 Salvos
    Grenade Laucher - 5
    Upgraded Grenade Launcher - 3
    High Explosive MG - 17
    Rail Cannon - 6
    Ranged Cannon - 4
    Depleted Uranium MG - 42
    Depleted Uranium HMG - 33
    HIT Warhead - 2

    its kinda interesting imo, nothing you wouldnt find out while playing yourself, but im interested in seeing the outcome ...

    Time to deal 3000 damage, including reload times and such, is all that matters. Heat doesn't need to be taken into account.

    When you fire the last shot of a weapon, does the reload time start immediately or do you get the cycle time, then the reload time?

    After each shot, you get a cycle time, but does the last shot in a clip get a cycle?

    nukes cooldown then reload, you can tell because because it takes 5 hours to reload on nukes.

    I'm interested. I've plotted this all out mathematically but I've got nothing real-world to compare it against.

    That's a good point. Nukes have a 10s cycle and a 12s reload. That's definitely noticeable.
