k, well lets start from the begining, as per the stacking goes we do enforce it on the begining of the game, however we wont enforce it if the other team start leaving, true that we prefer nothern, but if needed we also do BE, as per the clan always on the same team, true, we enjoy working as a team thats y we pay for the server, every 1 else outside of On|E is just a guest, now regarding your kick, it was me and yes you are banned, i take great offence when u come to our server and the first thing that comes out is that u hate us but since this is the only server with players in it you joined, well that will be like me going to your house and saying that i hate your family, but since that is the only house w/ a computer u go there, we have been mistreated by admins on several servers, so we simply dont go there anymore, eventhou they still come to ours, and as long as they respect every 1 in it, they are more than welcome to stay.

Its just a matter of respect......maybe you should learn that.

Since we're blatantly off topic, I'll add my two bits. I've played on On-E and watched as Angry Shaved Whale said something along these lines: "I love to ban because I'm angry. I haven't done it yet, though." The conversation preceding that suggested that he would do so if given enough time. No screenshots to back this accusation up. Furthermore, I played on On-E and they believe, at least on escort, that any and all indirect fire with the artillery is considered exploiting. They threatened to ban some random guy simply because he was keeping the artillery out of the enemy's sight. What the hell is the point of the grenadier's artillery feedback skill, then? They ALSO stated that it's exploiting in the game to run up to the mg turret close enough to where it can't fire at you. That, apparently, is illegal. Again, they threatened banning people because of this. These policies have been enacted on several occasions when I've played on their server. Either one On-E was grossly misguided and telling me fake rules, or their server has some very odd perceptions of how the game operates. Either way, it doesn't speak highly of them. Generally speaking, although their stated policy is for everyone to have fun, I've found that the main goal of On-E is to make sure On-E has fun, no matter what anyone else is thinks or feels. Given the choice, I won't play on On-E again, let alone join anything On-E related.

I read your post Lobster and i entirely agreed w/ you, as per ppl doing the ban talk, they might have just been playing but no 1 knows that, i will defenitally address that issue, as ppl getting banned for blocking ML's, MG's, or using the artillery to shoot above walls and do splash, then well, i guess i should be banned since i do all of those, and whoever on my clan that says that they dont do it, well then they r just plain fools, since i have seen them do it myself, we are not, nor claim to be perfect, we got our problems like every 1 else, but on discussions like this is where i can see the areas that needs improvement and/or change, also this wont be the first time that an admin steps out of bounds and gets banned for it, i do apreciate constructive critisism, same way i dispite flaming. As per my previous statement that its our server and every 1 else is a guest, that doesnt mean that we get to treat our guest like crap, if we are gonna be acting that way then might as well lock the server and make it private, we do believe in having fun, and fun not just for On|E, but for every 1 on the server, if any of you experience an admin abuse, or feel that an admin or member is steping over his boundries feel free to e-mail me at pumpinator@online-evolution.org, or simply send me a PM on this forums, and i will make sure that the issue gets corrected ASAP, also if you happen to have a condump or demo will be helpful, however it is not necessary.

What if the servers listed a set of rules on the Wiki, so that everyone would know what to expect when they join a server?

 

I just can't see a scenerio where that might be neccesary, so long as the player has some sort of comprehension on how to play the game. Generally, this can be handled on a situation-to-situation basis, and is something that a rules list wouldn't take of.
