That looks like a GTA 4 clone, only remodeled, reanimated, and made 2 years later with all the graphics that go along with that. Whether it'll be as good, who knows.
It says 100 in a city, 100,000 in a world. If that world is persistant, and you can swap between, that would be awesome.

Based on that customization video the huge amount of customization you can do in that game could be compared to some sort of mixture of Spore, Sims 3, Trackmania: Nations and NFS: Carbon. At least from that side the game got me interested. We'll see am I going to actually buy it too.
