Sorry about my language. Some of those new guys were just... Well... Sitting in the corner of a well-fortified base with a scout rifle seems kinda... RE-FUCKING-TARDED... To me. Sorry, but it is. And I do try to tell people politely first. I point out that this game is an RTS/FPS, not an FPS, and that in order to win (or at least to have FUN), you need to move OUT of the base. Besides, with four L3 MGs guarding the entrances, there won't be much to scout at....
I definatly want a veterans night.... It's fun to tell someone how to kill turrets and get ammo and join a squad the first time but I do want to have a team that I expect will back me up for once instead of just sit around doing nothing a lot of the time. I have had some genuinely amazing experiences though
Its so funny going the Public Servers and being called a noob. I just shake my head. The only big problem I've run into are noobs suiciding the CV and always being voted COMM. Decent group overall though. I love this Mod and the community is the best!! I hope we can continue to help to play test the Blimps. "I need Air support, NOW!" I'd like to be invited to a Veteran's PUG.
Why not start a new weekly, or at least periodic, pug thread here No-one but the vets will be able to see it
Just post the PW int the testers forum and done like dinner... Good ol gaming with people who know to shoot from the boom tank :p
