Change the turret sounds

    Higher level mgs produce an annoying amount of soundspam if you get shot by them. Now of course that has to do with how they work (more like lasers rather than guns they are supposed ot be), but every single instance doesnt have to produce a sound when RoF is this high. I wouldnt mind if mgs would be changed in the future, but in the meantime having every third hit or so produce a sound could help reduce the earrape.

    Same for mls, though its more of an issue with homing. You get a constant honk. What would make more sense from my perspective is having a short sound play when something locks onto you and then a different beep every time something is actually launched at you.
