When playing one of the death sounds on ventrillo or teamspeak the resulting coments all points out that it's someone jerking off, even empires players have a hard time to recognize the death sounds as death sounds, needs to be changed ... someday ... sometime ... but no urgency imo
Actually the whole point of the wilhelm scream is that it is kind of impossible to claim copyright to, everyone uses it.
Im pretty certain DonMegel did the original NF voice acting but afaik sometime around 2.1 (ish)? the NF voices were redone by some other random guy who I forget. I think he had his own website though. Muffin, it doesnt matter whether you make money out of it or not, e.g. if you record a movie in the cinema and provide it online for free, even if your not making money its still copyright infringement.
