Change Auto-Assign

    So the default team isn't NF, and it's an actual chance to be on BE.

    no realy... he has a point. the damn thing really should use a sudorandom function like
    rand() found here in the C++ standard library. Its incredibly easy and takes all of 0.1 minutes to put in once you find the auto team code.
