cant see in spectate

i was playing a round in badlands and i fell of the hill in the mid and died (i was at 1/5 hp). we were out of tickets, so i switched to spectate. all i could see was text and the map, everything else was black. according to the minimap i was flying around ok, but other than that i couldnt see what was going on.

 

this is because you went spectator when you died.
Its a known issue, before going to spectater you need to make sure your view is alright, and also go out of commander mode before spectating.


edit: This will surely get fixed when Krenzo spends some time on spectatormode and hltv, not a real priority right now AFAIK.
