can't open empires as of april 19 on linux

    waited for the weekend game time and now empires won't open. it's worked for years on linux.

    Can you provide some additional details? When was the last time it did work? Is t here an error message? Etc.

    I've seen Linux people playing yesterday, I suggest you double check stuff on your end as it seems to be a localised issue.

    Apparently the last patch introduced a Linux only bug. It's being fixed as we speak.
